Valley County Health System is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team on a PRN basis. This position will work as needed basis in the OR for Pre & Post Op.

JOB SUMMARY: Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse position include:
- Performing comprehensive nursing assessments in an efficient and effective manner
- Collaborating with Surgery staff to coordinate medical and nursing management in patient care
- Performing treatment as needed
- Demonstrating efficient time management and accurate documentation
- Promoting and ensuring patient and staff safety in all aspects of responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS: • Current Registered Nurse licensure for the state of Nebraska • Provide safe and appropriate care within the standards of nursing • Independent problem-solving skills and self-directed work experience • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
